Last level is a sandbox level, press "P" to poulate
Level editor
A level editor is included in the game, press "E" in title screen to enter it.
You can create a level set by copying "resources\levels\default.txt" in a new file in the same directory, then press F7/F8 in title screen to move to previous/next level set.
